PAYMENT POLICY

How it works.

To confirm your booking for our upcoming Heliski season 2019 we would like to inform you about our payment policy. The chart will provide you with the necessary informations. Payments can be done by bank transfer into our Indian bank account. The bank account details will be provided in the invoice which we will send you for confirmation.

The outstanding payment for the Powder Week Package can be done by credit card at our helibase. All credit cards are accepted apart from american express.

REFUND POLICY

Heliskiing depends a lot on the weather conditions and the daily avalanche risk. You're going to ride the mighty Himalayas!!!

If we cancel our operation due to weather considerations, technical fault or of any other reason the refunds are given as shown in the chart. If we have to stop our operation during the ski day, we will give you a refund based on the amount of runs you were not able to ski. The maximum refund we will give is based on the runs guaranteed in each package. Refunds are not given due to injury, lack of ability or fitness. If we have to cancel, it is also for your safety.

Alternatives for non-flying-days

We have alternatives for non-flying-days. We can go backcountryskiing or using the gondola in Gulmarg to come up to the incredible Himalayas. The other option is to go down to other villages through the great forrest. You will have an incredible deep powder ride and at the end you reach other villages close to Gulmarg. Of course one of our guides companys you. A jeep picks us up and bring us back to Gulmarg. Additional to a great powder run you’ll explore other traditional villages in Kashmir.
